After decades of offering drawings sessions and classes, Hipbone Art Studio is piloting an after school program. We are located on NE Burnside, Our small business has played a key role in Portland's arts community. Now we are expanding to further enrich the local art landscape with Hipbone After School. The program will provide technical art training for dedicated Middle and High School students. Our educators are career artists who are passionate about teaching and mentoring.  

Hipbone After School offers small class sizes and personalized one-on-one guidance that supports each child’s unique talents. Where students can now receive constructive lessons unmatched by general art classes or craft focused art camps. Our program curriculum ranges from traditional observational drawing, painting and color theory, to multimedia and sculpture arts. We are very proud to provide encouragement and resources for students to gain confidence in their abilities and the foundations for pursuing careers in the arts. We are a team build without shortcuts as we do not use any ai.
